Starting point

Does this sound familiar?

Scrap and rework are eating into your margin.

OEE is consistently below target.

Complaints are piling up – the root cause remains unclear.

A supplier is putting deadlines or quality at risk.

A customer or certification audit is coming up.

A series launch or relocation has to work first time.

Services

One goal: measurable improvement.

I work where cost and quality are created – on the shop floor, at the interfaces and in the supply chain.

Quality that works in daily operations – not just during the audit.

  • VDA 6.3 process audits and audit preparation
  • Root cause analysis and countermeasures for complaints
  • Risk management
  • Quality KPIs and reporting
03

Supplier Quality

Reliable suppliers – from project to series production.

  • Supplier selection, potential analyses and audits
  • Supplier development for series launches
  • Harmonised supplier specifications across plants
  • Task forces for critical suppliers
  • Project and supply chain management
Approach

From analysis to measurable impact

Structured methodology instead of gut feeling. Every step ends with a clear result.

Analyse

On site, with data and with the people who run the process every day.

Prioritise

The greatest potential first – by cost, risk and feasibility.

Implement

Together with your team, until the measure works in daily operations.

Measure

KPIs before and after. Results you can prove.

Status Check

A compact on-site analysis. You receive an assessment, prioritised measures and your greatest potential for improvement.

Project support

Implementing the measures together with your team – until the KPIs are right.

Task force

Fast support for acute quality or supplier issues.

How I work

Working principles

Solutions for both sides

Diplomatic and win-win oriented – between customer and supplier, plant and headquarters.

Lead and motivate

Integrative leadership: I bring your people along instead of deciding over their heads.

Resolve conflicts

Calm and factual – even when deadlines, cost and quality are under pressure at the same time.

Decide and deliver

Think strategically, decide clearly, stay focused on the goal and the customer.
